1. About Us

97Factory creates handcrafted custom watches using genuine Casio watches as the base product. Every watch is individually customised by hand in the United Kingdom.

2. Handmade Products

Each watch is made to order after your purchase.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations in appearance may occur between individual pieces. These variations are a normal part of the crafting process and make every watch unique.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to accurately display our products and describe them as clearly as possible.

Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

Product photographs are representative of the finished item but, due to the handmade process, small variations may occur.

4. Orders

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if:

• Payment cannot be authorised.
• The product is unavailable.
• We suspect fraudulent activity.
• An obvious pricing or listing error has occurred.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before work begins on your custom watch.

Once customisation has started, orders cannot be cancelled because your watch is being made specifically for you.

6. Shipping

Production typically takes 3–5 business days before dispatch.

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, or postal services.

97Factory is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

7. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for full details regarding returns, refunds, repairs and replacements.

8. Intellectual Property

All original 97Factory artwork, branding, photographs, logos and website content remain the intellectual property of 97Factory and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.

9. Product Disclaimer

97Factory independently customises genuine Casio watches.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, our products are not official collaborations, licensed merchandise, endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Casio or any anime, manga, game or entertainment franchise featured in our artwork.

All trademarks, names and characters remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 97Factory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
